Are small businesses being left out of the wellbeing conversation?

Small businesses often get left out the conversation about wellbeing.

There are assumptions from small businesses that…
❌You need a big budget to do wellbeing
❌You need a big enough team to make it worthwhile
❌It’s just not something small businesses spend time on

There are assumptions from providers that…
❓It’s not worth pursuing businesses that don’t have big budgets
❓Wellbeing isn’t a priority for small businesses

But for me, what it comes down to is ensuring that people at work feel good, despite challenges they might be facing.

In my opinion, *everyone* should have the opportunity to have a good at day work and robust wellbeing, whether they work for a big organisation or in a new local business with a team of 4.

So what do you think? Are wellbeing initiatives only for big business? Or is there room for the solopreneurs, the family businesses, the small local firm?
